Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website.

User account

All recipient names, address and payers name must be valid. In Spain, the recipient may have to provide their ID card. to have the package delivered or removed. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide on brighwater.world (the “Website”). In case any information is incorrect and prevents any shipping, delivery, Pureclean ApS will not be responsible and will not offer any compensation.

Pureclean ApS will always comply with the law, and we kindly suggest users to do the same.

Orders

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and prices, there may be times when errors may arise. In the event of such a situation, Pureclean cannot accept your order. In the event of an error, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. Similarly, customers cannot benefit from bugs or errors affecting the website. Any such benefit will be considered unfair and customers will be required to immediately resign. The information displayed is considered an invitation to deal, not a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed in the supply of goods.

Pureclean reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after an order has been placed.

Both parties agree that, after dispatch of the order, transportation is the sole responsibility of the external logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the products belongs to the buyer; and all responsibility and associated risks during transportation will be borne by the buyer. Please read and carefully follow the instructions mentioned in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section.

Cancellation of Orders

Customers can cancel their order at any time prior to shipment without any cost; please contact our admin center: info@brightwater.world.

Shipping and Delivery

The shipping times shown on brightwater.world (the “Website”) refer to the estimated time it takes for packages to leave our facilities. Since the actual delivery of your order can be affected by many events beyond Pureclean’s control once it leaves our premises, we suggest that if customers have a special occasion or event for which they wish to use their item, as a gift to a specific date, order your items well in advance. Pureclean is not responsible for late deliveries from the delivery company. However, we will work with you to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

As indicated in the ORDERS section, if for any reason beyond our service, the package in the hands of the carrier loses it, Pureclean.eu ApS will send you a new replacement package free of charge once the carrier has assumed your responsibility for loss or loss. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative product or finally a refund option

There may be occasions when Pureclean confirms your order but due to a computer error there is an out of stock, and cannot supply the requested product, in such cases, Pureclean will contact customers and offer them some other equivalent product or cancel the order and refund the full amount of the purchase.

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and to this end we offer the possibility of sending your order either to your home or to your workplace. Shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days from Monday to Friday. In the case of important holidays like Christmas or Easter, they should expect a longer delivery time. During those special occasions, shipping is usually delayed between 24 and 48 hours. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Pureclean cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Pureclean is not responsible for lost packages due to do to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

All orders that appear as “delivered” according to the transport company are considered delivered. Pureclean cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in these cases.

If a delivery fails for any reason and the address to which the product was sent corresponds to the address provided by the customer, Pureclean will not be responsible for the return of the package. The customer will have to place a new order and the shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

What the customer orders and has seen in our online store is what we send. We recommend that if you have any questions about the product you want to buy, BEFORE placing the order, make a query either by phone at +45 28258809 or by writing to us at info@brightwater.world. We are not responsible in the event that once the product is received, it does not meet your purchase expectations with the item received.

Any non-receipt of orders must be reported within 10 days from the date we ship the item. After this time, we will no longer be able to investigate the whereabouts of the package with the carrier.

Product Descriptions

While we try in good faith to be as accurate as possible, it may happen that product descriptions or other content are not absolutely accurate, complete, or error-free. From time to time, there may be information on our website: brightwater.world, containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may be related to product descriptions, prices and availability. On such occasions we appreciate that you can inform us to correct the error. Thanks in advance.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Prices

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice. The prices indicated are without VAT and once the purchase process is concluded, the final price will be indicated with VAT.

Customer conduct

Although Pureclean will always try to solve problems to the satisfaction of the customer in a professional, courteous and friendly manner, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or irrational behavior towards our members of the administration department. Unacceptable behavior directed at management personnel includes any of the following behaviors:

  • Aggressive, abusive and threatening behavior. Examples: any direct or implicit threat through any communication channel; intimidating language; personal and verbal abuse; sexist, racist, homophobic, or derogatory comments; rudeness; unsubstantiated curses and accusations.
  • Making or presenting demanding or vexatious complaints in a persistent manner, without prejudice to the fact that the matter has already been adequately dealt with; likewise, persistent repetition of complaints despite the fact that reasonable and fair solutions have been offered in accordance with our policies.
  • Request or demand from staff for infringement of the guidelines established in company policy. Eg: refund amount, timelines, special compensation, etc.
  • Repeated change in the nature (or focus) of a complaint or the desired outcome after a formal response has been provided.
  • Excessive number of complaints compared to total purchase value history.

Faced with such behavior, the complainants will be warned and formally notified of the following:

  • Their language is considered offensive, abusive, threatening, and totally unacceptable.
  • They must refrain from using such language, intimidation and threats.
  • There will be no further correspondence on the matter if they persist with that behavior.
  • Pureclean reserves the right to no longer accept customer orders in the future without prior notice.

Pureclean Notice and Suppression Policy

However, Pureclean requires the help of its customers to identify potentially IPR infringing items. Since Intellectual Property owners are responsible for protecting their intellectual property, and Pureclean does not claim to have specialized IPR legal expertise, both parties must necessarily cooperate on this policy.

If you believe that an Intellectual Property right has been violated at Pureclean, send us a statement via E-mail to inform us of the alleged intellectual property infringement, including:

Full name and the name of the company you represent
Full address (must include City, Province and Postal Code)

Full description of the (alleged) infringement of intellectual property rights
Explanation of the (alleged) violation and its location on the website of brightwater.world

Complete statement that you have a good faith belief that a IPR has been violated.
Clear and transparent statement that you will indemnify Pureclean for any claims, losses, liabilities, costs and associated expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that Pureclean may incur in connection with such claim if proven otherwise.
