RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellation of an order that has NOT been sent
If your order is being processed and has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order, so please contact us through our administration department at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and your willingness to cancel it and the shipping status will be confirmed. We may ask the reason for the cancellation for internal purposes (for example, to evaluate our service).
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction. In any event, we will not impose any fees as a result of such a refund.
If the payment was made by credit card, the refund process will take approximately 5 to 14 days, the precise duration depends on the payment provider used by you and our provider.
We have a 14 Day Return Policy, in order for a FULL return the goods need to be returned in Un-Opened & Un -Damaged Condition, return Shipping is at the charge of the CUSTOMER.
Wrong / damaged goods
We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. If you do not receive the ordered products, please contact us. If we ship the wrong item: We will give you a full refund or send an alternative item (if applicable and available). Pureclean will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and will compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will make the immediate claim to the carrier.
Be sure to open the package and carefully check the contents before signing for it. In the event of any issue, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
1. Contact our administration department: email@example.com with your order number and product code.
2. Send us a clear image (photograph) of both the outer packaging, all visible shipping labels, and the damaged item received.
